Several years lasting work on the technical maintenance and general overhauling of motor vehicles and motors caused continuous production process of spare parts, assembly blocks and aggregates in which the dominant part belongs to machining. Various assortments of spare parts, with regard of the purpose, complexity and constructional-technological characteristics required corresponding universal and special machines for machining as well as modern control of technological process.
In present production conditions we have modern machine park with highly qualified professional personnel who provides fulfillment of all requirements concerning the quality and precision of machining.
Besides universal machines-crankshafts for all types of classical machining, the equipment consists of:
- CNC lathes,
- CNC milling machines,
- Machining center,
- Horizontal boring machines,
- Special device for deep boring,
- Vertical turret lathe,
- Special machines for serration and grooving, and others.
With this equipment of the machine park we successfully perform all types of machine operations such as: turning, milling, boring, planing, grinding, honing, and polishing. Besides that, we have highly developed capacities for other works, which take part in forming the final products, such as:
- Machining of metal by deformation, cutting and punching,
- All types of locksmith-tinsmith’s works, and
- All types of welding.
Work success on spare parts production completes modern line for thermical treatment, installed in cooperation with German firm IPSEN, as well as the laboratory for all types of mechanical, chemical and metallogfaphic testing.
